• Tracker & Usage Data: Offers you interact with, completion status, expiry dates, and amounts won to power your personal Tracker.
• Financial Goals: If you choose to use the goal tracker, we store your target goal name and amount.
• Preferences: Newsletter opt-ins and safety toggles (e.g., hiding gambling or bank switching offers).
• Community Contributions: Your votes on competition expiry dates, linked to your User ID to prevent duplicates.
2. How We Use Your Information
Under UK GDPR, we process your data based on the following lawful bases:
• Contractual Necessity: To provide the core App functionality, such as logging in and tracking your progress.
• Consent: To send email updates, provided you have explicitly opted in.
• Legitimate Interest: To apply your safety toggles and ensure restricted content is hidden if requested.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is securely hosted using Convex, a third-party cloud database provider featuring industry-standard encryption. Where data is processed outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards comply with UK GDPR.
4. Third-Party Links
We do not share your personal data with third-party bookmakers, banks, or competition hosts. If you click an external link, their own privacy policies apply to any data you provide them on their platforms.
5. Data Retention
We keep your personal data only for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal identifying information and Tracker logs are permanently deleted from our active database.
6. Your Rights Under UK GDPR
You have the right to access, rectify, or request the erasure of your personal data. You may also withdraw your consent for marketing communications at any time via the App's settings.
If you believe we are processing your personal data incorrectly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority for data protection.
7. Account Deletion
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly within the App. Navigate to your Account Preferences in the Tracker tab and select "Delete Account."

8. Local Storage & Cookies
We use local device storage strictly for essential purposes, such as keeping you securely logged into the App. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising.
9. Children's Privacy
Free Wins UK is strictly for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
