FreeWinsUK is an information, listing, and personal-tracking tool. We surface third-party competitions, shopping ideas, bank and bill switches, and other offers, and we let you log what you did in Tracker.

We are not a bookmaker, gambling operator, competition promoter, bank, comparison-site FCA firm, or financial adviser. Nothing in the app is gambling advice, investment advice, or a promise that you will win a prize or receive a bonus. Always read the host’s own terms before you enter, switch, or play.

You must be 18 or over and using the app from the United Kingdom. Many listed offers (especially matched betting and casino-style free games) are adults-only and may need the provider’s own identity checks. We may close accounts that appear to belong to someone under 18.

Listings are copied from public pages and can be wrong, outdated, or withdrawn without notice. We do not guarantee that an offer is still open, that you are eligible, or that a prize or switch bonus will be paid.

Where we describe something as free or low-risk, that is a way of organising listings — not a warranty. Bookmakers, banks, and hosts change terms. Human error (wrong stake, missed deadline, misunderstood T&Cs) can still cost you money. Never use money you cannot afford to lose, and skip anything that asks you to deposit or pay if you want to stay on free wins only.

To keep FreeWinsUK free, we may receive a commission or referral payment if you sign up through a link we open. That does not change the headline offer we know about, but the partner’s own page is what counts. We do not charge you a fee to use the app.

Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not create accounts for other people or scrape the service. We may suspend or delete an account that is abusive, unlawful, or used to attack the service.

You can delete the account at any time (see Privacy Policy and freewins.uk/delete-account). Deletion is permanent.

Free comps and free-to-play games can still blur into gambling. The app includes a time-out that hides Comps and Stacking for a period you choose; Shopping and Switch stay visible. Time-outs cannot be reversed once they start.

Subject to that, FreeWinsUK and Liam Doyle are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential loss, or for lost prizes, bonuses, profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app or reliance on any listing. You use third-party sites at your own risk.

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. If a change is significant we will mention it in the app or by email if you have an account. Continued use after the update means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have in Scotland or Northern Ireland.
